Just to let you know that I reverted your changes to the Srebrenica massacre article, but re-incorporated those edits which I thought were constructive. Some of the article phrasing would still benefit from careful copy-editing, which often happens with 'old' articles.

A few policies which you should be aware of are MOS:RETAIN, which crudely says that we retain the variety of English (inc grammar and spellings) in which the article was originally written - in this case it is UK English. We do this unless there is some compelling, intrinsic cultural connection to one region (such as Pearl Harbor/ Kennedy Center/ any NY theater - but not any British centre or harbour nor any UK theatre!). Also we never alter a quote unless we make it clear that we have done so, better to paraphrase and not present as a quote. Also the Dutch supreme court is a description of what is properly called something like "The Supreme Court of the Netherlands" - where we use a description, rather than the title proper, we don't capitalise. Hi me again, most of your new edits are either positive or neutral (why is 'before' preferred to 'prior to', they mean exactly the same? Perhaps one is less common in the US, I don't know) but for example you changed the title of a UN report within one of the refs. How is it helpful to the reader to refer them to a non-existent UN report? What you changed to may well be what the report SHOULD HAVE BEEN titled, but not what it actually WAS titled.Pincrete (talk) 13:09, 25 April 2024 (UTC)

Grammarly suggests shorter sentences and on Wikipedia that’s what we should aim for. Clear, concise, to the point. Regarding the citations I might have accidentally edited something that I should not - I will take care not to edit citations (except obvious errors) or labels of documents.
