Hi and welcome to wikipedia,

I saw your post on Dank's talk page and I figured I could offer some help. The original page was deleted because it appeared to be a word for word copy of this page. I can see the deleted content of the page and I can confirm that down to the bullet points, the page was basically a copy. At Wikipedia we cannot accept copyright violations because they conflict with our license and they infringe on the rights of the individual authors. If you want to make a new page under the same name using your own words, then you are free to do so at any time. However, it is important to understand that articles on organizations must meet a minimum standard for inclusion. Basically, the organization has to have been the subject of multiple independent sources (For example, newspapers, books, prominent websites) or is otherwise of national importance. A news search for the organization (without quotes) doesn't turn up much, though there may be French or Turkish language news sources which I have not searched.

If you like I can email you the contents of the deleted article (though it really is just the text from the english language about page of the website). You can work on it offline or work on a userspace draft if you aren't sure yet whether or not enough sources exist to meet the inclusion criteria. Or you can start a new article summarizing sources which cover the organization, but please note that this article may be nominated for deletion if another editor feels it can not meet the inclusion criteria.

I hope this helps. If you need help feel free to ask me on my talk page or ask the help desk. Protonk (talk) 20:59, 14 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
