Speedy deletion nomination of Slay Belles

edit

Hello NicolaDavis123,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Slay Belles for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Wugapodes (talk) 19:30, 25 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

You must not copy material into Wikipedia: please read Wikipedia:Copy-paste.

Even apart from the copyright issue, it is unlikely that this article would be acceptable. Wikipedia's test for inclusion is described in Wikipedia:Notability, and for films in WP:Notability (films). See particularly the section WP:NFF: "films that have already begun shooting, but have not yet been publicly released (theatres or video), should generally not have their own articles". The reason is that an encyclopedia is not here to provide advance publicity: an article should be based on independent comment about the subject, which is not likely to be available until the film has been released and gathered critical comment.
