Hi. If you believe the columns should be moved, please discuss it in the talk page. I personally don't believe they should: articles about opinion polling data generally (including the one you're discussing) list the parties in order of vote share at the previous election; and moving them in each of the tables in the article would be an unnecessarily cumbersome task, as there wouldn't really be any benefit for readers.
