Pyelonephritis edit

Well done for expanding pyelonephritis. I worked on that article a bit previously because I thought it looked pretty neglected. At any rate, I'm wondering if the protocol you added is generalisable to the worldwide population. In the UK we rarely use fluoroquinolones first-line in pyelonephritis, and tend to stick to cephalosporins or carbapenems. JFW | T@lk 08:06, 21 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
