Welcome! edit

Hello, Nellaireb, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. November 2023 edit

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Liu Xiening. Thank you. Jjpachano (talk) 14:10, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Would you mind explaining to me which part of the information I added is controversial? Nellaireb (talk) 14:13, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest edit

Hello, Nellaireb. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Liu Xiening, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 16:33, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

I am not related to Liu in any way. I am just a fan. If you're alluding to what I wrote about her "studio", that's because in the Chinese entertainment circle, having a "studio" is deemed important. Nellaireb (talk) 16:37, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
This is also my first and only time editing a Wikipedia article. I apologize for making mistakes, but I am learning as I go. Nellaireb (talk) 16:40, 12 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
