Oi, Im not a group, im just one person, Im Jacob Aaron which i wanted to create a page for my series Neighborhood Pals, i didn't want to use my real name due to harassment, BLOCKING me was uncalled for, i know your 'RULES' are different but i assure you im just one person. And this website has been actually so difficult to use, the way it looks feels like Windows XP, you really need to fix up your website, and the help on this needs to be more clear its really difficult to understand, plus now ive been blocked for having a username which i didn't want my real name (Jacob Aaron) to be in, IM NOT creating a new account, you need to fix this, i do NOTT want to change my username as i think its just fine, but you can change it to something else, I choose this name so my series could be written up on Google and spotted straight away, this really angers me for you to block me. IF you want me to change my username thats fine, but then how is my viewers going to see my series? explain that.

Your username implies multiple people have access to this account. I understand that's not the case, but you still need to pick a new username. (edit conflict) You don't need to use your real name, in fact, there are good reasons not to, but it is against the username policy to use the name of any organization, website, or product as a username. If you wish, you can format your username as "Username of NeighborhoodPals" or something similar. However, you seem to greatly misunderstand the purpose of Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a forum to merely tell people about something or spread the word about something. As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is only interested in summarizing what independent reliable sources state about article subjects that meet Wikipedia's special definition of notability; Wikipedia has no interest in what a subject wants to say about itself, or in helping enhance your Google search results. If you want to participate in working on this encyclopedia, you will need to request a new username per the instructions in your notice(again, you don't need to use your real name). I would further add that changes to Wikipedia are done by consensus; almost any change must be debated and agreed to by the community as a whole. You can't change your username yourself, you must either make a request on this page(as you did already) or just create a new account(though if you want to preserve your edit history, you will need to do the former). Your proposed username here is too similar to existing usernames, as noted by JamesBWatson, so you will need to choose something else. 331dot (talk) 12:08, 18 June 2019 (UTC)

• Since the blocking administrator gave the user name issue as the only reason for the block, renaming your account will deal with that, and the account can then be unblocked. Unfortunately, though, there is already an account called JacobAaron, and the system won't allow another user name so similar, to prevent impersonation, so you will have to choose another name. I know this must be frustrating, having one user name after another rejected, and I hope the matter can be dealt with as soon as possible. JamesBWatson (talk) 20:22, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
