Foreign ownership

Hi. Thanks for adding to the foreign ownership article, but I reverted your additions because I don't believe they were an appropriate addition to the article. If you want to include information about the US code to the article, you should use secondary sources to describe what's in it instead of just reproducing the text. In addition, the article is about the concept of foreign ownership generally, not merely in the US (it's already very US-centric, especially given the topic).
