Hi! I wanted to respond to your post on my talk page. Sorry for the late reply - I was out sick on Friday. I had to investigate the image and unfortunately it doesn't look like it's usable. I had to search for the image since the website didn't say anything about the image's copyright status. Upon searching, I saw that the image was taken by someone with the Associated Press, which means that it's held under a very restrictive copyright.

Now as far as the flag goes, we can't use that in her article. The image is only usable on Wikipedia under fair use guidelines - this means that the flag can only be used in the infobox on the article for the organization itself. If you were wondering, unfortunately we can't upload the image of Rodriguez under the same fair use guidelines, as it's assumed on Wikipedia that an article about a person doesn't need an image. It's not something I always agree with, but the restrictions on Wikipedia are fairly strict when it comes to copyright.

Unfortunately I'm not certain that there are any images that can be added that would fit the article and would be seen as appropriate to add. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 16:53, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
