Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Request reason:

Please be informed that NCISS_Latina Username does not represent the Organisation itself, although I am part of it. In fact, I used this name only to remind me that I have used this Username to publish this information about the School, as I have also many other usernames for other fora, as plausible. Concerning the information published, I would like to clarify that, in my opinion, there is no COI as we are the only no-profit Technical CIS School within NATO, free of charge for NATO personnel and oly limited to these ones. As a consequence, I published this not to advertise and expand our market (there is no market for this, as explained) but only to make this information more visible and public, in addition to what already published on our website, in case the reader is looking for what the School is ahd what it is doing within NATO. I hope this could clarify the issue and I can continue with the publication of some few (4 or 5) pictures of graphs and charts about it. Anyway, the e-mail I provided has my full first name and last name in it, and it is my personal one. Thanks in advance. UR NCISS Latina (talk) 04:59, 7 July 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

What really matters is that your account gives the impression you're editing on behalf of an organisation or group; and yours definitely does. So, I cannot unblock you. Furthermore, it doesn't matter that NCISS is the only no-profit Technical CIS School within NATO. You have a strong tie to this organisation and, therefore, you most definitely have a COI, which might prevent you from writing in a neutral manner, respecting Wikipedia's policy regarding verifiability. Salvio Let's talk about it! 11:36, 7 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
