Colonel Osman Abdullahi Saeed is the Chief of Finance and logistics of Somaliland Armed Forces.[1] He hails from a Habr jeclo Isaaq family.

He was appointed Chief of Finance and logistics of Somaliland Armed Forces in 2012. And served as Chief of Finance and logistics under One Presidents of Somaliland before being appointed by Ahmed Mahamoud Silanyo on 11 December 2012. He was Deputy Chief of Finance and logistics
