On the first paragraph, the beginning is OK but the last sentence is not. We don't give advice per WP:NOTHOWTO.

On the second paragraph, the source is fine for content about health effects, but the authors are medical people and they are not experts on environmental effects. You should use a source by people who are experts in fish populations for that content. Also including the letter "response" by Greene et al is not OK. We don't use sources like that.

The third paragraph is all primary sources and is not OK. The Greene source used in the 2nd paragraph is a good source for health effects. There is already content in the article about health effects and you should work with what is there.
