Orphaned non-free media (File:Liz & Dick.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Liz & Dick.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:13, 24 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lindsay Lohan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cameo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi. You have removed several of Lindsay Lohan's awards and nominations from her filmography. I have had to remove and re-add changes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by StangerManor (talkcontribs) 09:38, 22 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Re: Lindsay Lohan

Hello, I will not restore the previous version, as it failed several aspects of WP:NPOV. As for flow, before it was completely disconnected from the rest of the section in its own paragraph, at least now it's mentioned together with her other future project. 3RR warning

edit

Per WP:EW this serves as notice that you are currently at 3RR in under 24 hours at Justin Bieber and that exceeding that bright line limit is likely to result in a block or ban from Wikipedia. Cheers. Collect (talk) 14:06, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Actually, Collect, I have not reverted 4 times in 24 hours. Mpo90 (talk) 14:12, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

I so noted that you were at 3RR -- cheers. First at 7:50 to 8:01, second at 13:51 and fourth at 14:02 (3 reverts in under 7 hours) Be sure not to revert again. Collect (talk) 14:34, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Collect I had no intentions to do so. Quit trolling my page and bullying.Mpo90 (talk) 14:55, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

It is not "bullying" to post a mandated warning notice, nor is it "trolling" to do so. Cheers. -

Well, Collect, it is when it all started because you were offended that your own edit was changed. Slightly narcissistic I believe. Cheers.Mpo90 (talk) 15:59, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

No -- my edits are based on policy and nothing else. Period. As you will note others also doing. Collect (talk) 17:54, 31 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hey

edit

Just like to say I appreciate your edits in the Bieber article. Based on my personal experience (see the last few sections of Bieber's talk page I have participated in), in my opinion there has been more than one "veiled threat" already by those crying WP:BLP. Just don't take the bait to respond with personal insults or break the rules by edit warring. Feel free to join the talk page discussion if you have to. starship.paint (talk | contribs) 11:51, 1 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
