Sourcing an article
editHi- I noticed that you are in the process of creating several articles for various books. I've also noticed that many of these lacked reliable sources to show that the books pass WP:NBOOK. I would really encourage that you read up on the notability guidelines for books and to see what counts as a reliable source. Most book blogs do not count towards notability, nor would anything that is released by the author. (WP:PRIMARY) Trivial mentions such as brief one paragraph blurbs about a cover getting released or a brief mention of the book do not count towards notability either. (WP:TRIVIALMENTION) The sources must be by a source that Wikipedia considers to be reliable and it must be in-depth. If you have questions about sources, feel free to bring it up at Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard. You can also WP:USERFY copies of articles and work on them in your userspace, but you shouldn't add them to the mainspace until they pass notability guidelines. I've redirected the page to the main article for Beyond the Frontier: Guardian because it's simply too soon for this to have an article.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 08:17, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
