RE: Hi edit

Cool. If I ever come across such an interview, I'll want to do something about it on this page; hopefully, I can enact upon that. IF you come across an interview where the band members talk about Katatonia forming as Melancholium in 1987, give me a notification and I'll see what I can do.

By the way, when you're posting on a talk page, it is wikipedia policy to put the commentary on the bottom; also, make sure to sign your posts with four tildes: ~~~~.

On further thought, sometime after I logged into this session, a user by the name of Nymf just reverted your Katatonia edit, stating that Spirit of Metal was indeed a non-reliable source; here is the link.

I read the interview after you gave me the link on it, and while it doesn't say the pre-Katatonia band formed in 1987, it does say that Katatonia had at least three working monikers for themselves, including Melancholium, before settling on Katatonia.
Also, about Nymf, that person has reverted some of the edits I have done as well. There is at least one instance that I can think of, which occured on the Darkthrone page; however, that reversion was explained well and it was, if I'm correct, an amicable exchange. I see that Nymf does have a regular tendency to revert edits. And by the way, I don't think Nymf has ever been blocked; however, the person has had two name changes during the tenure on wikipedia.
