UltiDev Cassini Web Server

If I am reading the history correctly, you completed an AfD nomination of this article; then you apparently reversed yourself, and added a proposed deletion notice to the article which was later removed. This had the result of leaving the AfD open without appearing on the article itself, which looks like vandalism. If you decide to close an AfD and try a different process, you should close the AfD discussion at the same time so no one is left wondering. - Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 20:06, 2 April 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know. Sorry this was a procedural error from my side. Apologies! Mootros (talk) 21:28, 2 April 2011 (UTC)

Twinkle

Using Twinkle to conduct a content dispute is strictly prohibited; if you do so again, be prepared to explain at WP:ANI. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 15:56, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

You are edit-warring for a substantive change which only you support, against several editors. You would be well-advised to read WP:3RR Septentrionalis PMAnderson 16:04, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Try to talk about the article not about me. Mootros (talk) 16:07, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Discuss your revisions on the talk page - as you ought to have done yesterday - and we will see. It would be nice to see some sources this time. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 16:10, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Indeed, that's what we need sources! Mootros (talk) 16:12, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

Please...

Where, what, when? Administrators normally delete articles. I am not an admin. Mootros (talk) 15:52, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

Invitation to take part in a pilot study

I am a Wikipedian, who is studying the phenomenon on Wikipedia. I need your help to conduct my research on about understanding "Motivation of Wikipedia contributors." I would like to invite you to a short survey. Please give me your valuable time, which estimates only 5 minutes’’’. cooldenny (talk) 18:36, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

Hey There

Thought I would swing on by and check on how you are doing and am delighted to see you are doing well and editing daily. After the ANI threads at the beginning, I am glad to see you have stuck around. I do also see that you are editing in some tough areas like articles about German history. That can always be a rough area, so do watch yourself there, that you don't get in trouble. Otherwise, I think you have excelled greatly since my last visit. Good job. :) - NeutralhomerTalk • 04:43, 15 April 2011 (UTC)

Thanks. Good to hear from you. I was thinking about our last conversation awhile ago... :) The German history work is quite difficult, some articles take a rather ahistorical perspective and many contributors are not very interested in changing this. Small steps at the moment, I guess! Again good to hear from you and thanks for your advice. Take care and all the best. Mootros (talk) 13:44, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
All the best to you as well. :) - NeutralhomerTalk • 13:55, 15 April 2011 (UTC)

Read the adjective article. It was called the Kingdom of Germany - at the time; we quote a source at lenght. If you don't stop this, I will ask to have you blocked and the article protected. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 22:34, 15 April 2011 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. And read WP:3RR. You are now at six. You will be blocked if you continue. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 20:42, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
I think we should file an incident report about this blatant vandalism. Mootros (talk) 20:43, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
If you do, you will be blocked. And serve you right. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 20:47, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
We are dealing with vandalism here, I am afraid. Why should we take this. Mootros (talk) 20:49, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
No. You are dealing with several informed editors who disagree with you. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 20:54, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
Collective vandalism? Mootros (talk) 20:55, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
Nope. WP:Consensus. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 21:24, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
Lets file a report than. Mootros (talk) 21:26, 15 April 2011 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kingdom of Germany. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. You might want to cool down a bit. Winner 42 Talk to me! 21:30, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
