Hey there. I just saw your post to the mediation cabal and took a look at the above article, as you requested. I agree, it fails the guidelines for webpages. I've suggested to him that if he has reliable sources, they be added to the article ASAP; if not, in a couple of days, I'll put it up on articles for deletion and let the community in general comment on it. You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
