Overall, I think you did a good job adding to the section of your article. The article's lead paragraph has improved with your new content as it gives a better overview of exposure therapy and a good introduction to the main points that are discussed, or should be discussed, in the article. The content you added is also relevant to the topic and is important to be included in the lead paragraph. To improve your paragraph, I think that maybe removing the sentence about the "fear extinction paradigm" would have a better flow. Also, more recent resources could be used to strengthen the paragraph. Finally, I think you did a great job and I enjoyed reading your additions!
