Decline reason:

I don't think I'm getting the whole story from you(based on your experienced edits that don't match being a new user), and I'm not convinced that you just chatted with Mr. Khosravi about a potential English Wikipedia article about him. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 20:16, 16 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

As the blocking administrator, I find it extremely difficult to believe that you weren't creating this page for the exclusive benefit of Mr Khosravi. MER-C 11:16, 15 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Arash play for many other singer like Xaniar Khosravi, Hamed Homayon, Naser Cheshmazar and ... . where is my fault? I am not fan of Mr Khosravi and just create page for Arash Eyvazi because he is the only Iranian artist that play for two big US company. I have reference for my article. to proving my reason please read this article about Arash. http://taranehsh.com/tsh/team/arash-eyvazi/ Taraneh Sharghi (Persian Name) is one of the biggest music company at Iran. Is it spam? this content is exactly what i reference in my article. please read this link to believe that i do not create this page to promoting person. I search about Arash and find this biography and create the article base of this. why i should be blocked? i do not understand. Please please please can you ask Iranian or Persian administrator to confirm my article??? Miladkian (talk) 21:24, 15 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Responding to your email, You are not blocked "forever", you are blocked until you make a successful unblock request. We cannot help you with issues on the Persian Wikipedia, and their administrators do not necessarily have admin powers here. That is a separate project. 331dot (talk) 18:30, 16 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your reply. can you please read my article and my reason and tell me what is my fault? I completely describe my connection with Arash as you asked. If i do something wrong, please tell me and please let me to correct it. I asked some Iranian administrator to review my article. thanks. Miladkian (talk) 18:36, 16 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Since your access to this talk page has been revoked, please use WP:UTRS. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 11:41, 8 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you. I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. Please describe how your editing was unconstructive and how you would edit constructively if unblocked.

As has been explained many times, you are using Wikipedia for promotional purposes. You give the appearance of being an Undeclared paid editor. You ask, "how can i correct my work?" Please disclose your outside connection with Arash Eyvazi. Please read and heed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Paid-contribution_disclosure and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest.

Please read Wikipedia's Guide to appealing blocks for more information. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Guide_to_appealing_blocks)

UTRS #31001

edit

This user requests unblock on UTRS #31001 . @Yamla, 331dot, Yunshui, NinjaRobotPirate, TParis, and MER-C: you are invited to share your views. If I missed anyone, you're invited too. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 20:41, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

"Error 403: This action is unauthorized." I'm not going to mess around with buggy third-party software. I've got better things to do. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:46, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Sorry you got the 403. You might need to sign in via UTRS You might receive an email saying all is well. It's a little quirky. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 20:55, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@NinjaRobotPirate: You're on the list, so hopefully just a temporary set back. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 20:57, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Anyone not on the list should probably sign in first and wait for an email. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 20:58, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
My decline was procedural only (the unblock request was stale). I would suggest they pick a different topic area to write about and then I'd have no objections. Note, though, that I did not establish (one way or another) if they had indeed engaged in covert advertising. The original blocking admin was MER-C, I revoked TPA. --Yamla (talk) 21:00, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
Personally I don't see anything in the UTRS appeal that would convince me to unblock, but am perfectly happy if someone else feels that it is sufficient. Yunshui  23:12, 11 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
