Regarding MidwayUSA edit

Right now it reads like an advertisement for the company. If possible, could you make it neutral? For tips see: WP:NPOV. Also, you don't need to tag it with hangon, not yet anyway, it's not for deletion. Also, you may want to prove how the company is notable, I was half tempted to tag it for that, but I think there's a chance (see WP:CORP). Kwsn(Ni!) 14:18, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I would like to note a possible conflict of interest, apparent in your user name. Please review Wikipedia's policies regarding advertising and self-promotion. I've edited the article so far to more closely conform to Wikipedia's neutral point-of-view standard. Please feel free to discuss with me on my talk page, or on the article's talk page (discussion). Thanks! - CobaltBlueTony 14:30, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

I am fine with the changes you have made. How do we get this published? As for the conflict of interest we intentionally created the account as MidwayUSA so us creating the page didn't look shady. - —Preceding unsigned comment added by Midwayusa (talkcontribs) 14:31, September 7, 2007

Your forthrightness is very much appreciated. So often companies attempt to use Wikipedia as a vehicle for promotions or advertising. It's generally understood that if a company were worth being mentioned in Wikipedia, they'd probably already be here. Nothwithstanding that assumption, Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) is a good way to ascertain whether your company belongs here. Note, too, that this comes about, not as you might like to perceive it fitting that criterion, but through the group consensus. It may very well be that your company just isn't notable enough. IN any case, all the best and I hope it works out the way you hope it will. Happy editing! - CobaltBlueTony 20:13, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

signing your comments edit

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! - CobaltBlueTony 20:14, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Helpme tag edit

Hi there - you have the helpme tag on your page, but I can't see that you've asked for help anywhere on your talk page, so I've taken the liberty of removing it. If you have a question feel free to ask it, and replace the helpme tag, or maybe post it at the Help desk, or feel free to leave a message for me on my talk page.
