Nonsense of CMX Virtual Airlines

Whether you understand and agree with it or not, Kapuskasing has the status of a town, not a city, and Dryden has the status of a city, not a town. "City" and "town" aren't interchangeable terms, and a town doesn't magically become a city once it passes a certain population figure, either — a place doesn't become a city until the provincial government specifically passes a law giving it the status of a city. A city can have a population of 10 if such a law has been passed, and a town can have a population of 300,000 if one hasn't, because it's the law that decides whether it's a city or a town, not just the number of people who live there.
