Article sourcing
editHi. I noticed that your additions to the domestic violence article were reverted.
The content you added lacked inline sourcing. When you add content to Wikipedia, you need to include the source as a reference right after the addition. Mentioning a website in your edit summary isn't sufficient, because that won't be visible to the reader. You also should rely on high-quality sources, like peer-reviewed literature and scholarly books. While a website like domesticshelters.org is likely to be an invaluable resource for people who need help, it isn't an appropriate reference for a Wikipedia article.
I also noticed that you inserted some of your additions between existing text and the supporting reference. When you do that, it looks like the reference is being used to support your text. In the future, make sure that you add the text after the old reference (and before your own reference) so it's clear to the reader which text is supported by which reference. Thanks.
