Welcome! edit

Hello, Mgrant757, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Elysia and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

DYK edit

Hi, I saw that you nominated Maternity leave in the United States for DYK, however the article doesn't qualify for this at this point in time. The article would need to have been expanded to five times its original length and the nomination must be done within a week after the page was expanded. You edited the page back in 2017, so this is really too late to qualify. I've closed the nomination accordingly. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 00:04, 11 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
