The artist “Oosie” has encountered countless predicament and developed himself from a born gangster to a gentleman. Oosie is best described as an energetic artist with fire in his eyes. Early Life
editOosie attended boarding school as a child and his best friends were his pen and notebook were he jotted the lyrics of other artist and recited them to his friends, He played Uncle Max on "Sound of music" at the school end of year "Act class" presentation which was later transmitted on E.B.S.TV and D.S.TV. As a student of the act class Oosie was known to take challenging position and made appearances in presentations. At 16yrs old he was already composing poems and writing his own lyric he would later move to Belgium to escape gang life style and later to Austria to his childhood friend were they hustled to survive. Today he is a rapper, song- writer, producer, author of books which relates to his past violence life style and experiences.
Belgium
editOosie had to leave the Niger Delta region of Nigeria by the help of his mother due to violence and gang life style to his uncle in Belgium upon arriving Belgium and not comfortable with his new environment Oosie moved to Austria to his childhood friend Ayein "Biggie Smalls" who was already living in Austria for couple of months they both continued the hustle life in Wiener Austria after much problems Oosie decided to pursuit his dreams and returned back to his uncle in Belgium. It was in #REDIRECT Meulebeke Belgium “Oosie” released his debut album “Da Sacrifices” this album was a success underground and made it to London, Italy and Nigeria. It was with this album fans started noticing the artist “Oosie” in Belgium. He was also asked for an article by De Weekbode, African News London and Italy on his inspirations on “Da Sacrifice”. It seems his lyrics went deep and had a positive effect on his listeners. It was also with this album he got a deal with Nature Vibes which he turn down due to the terms of the contract.
Austria
editOosie lived about two years in Wiener Austria where he got baptized and joined in introducing Gospel Gangsters (Gospel Gangsters was a group of young radicals who believed in God and made Gospel rap songs for the church and on big streets with lots of passer-by. He also joined in introducing “Dope Geez” in Wiener Austria (Dope Geez was a gangster crew which made songs to inspire its audience to a better change in life) Dope Geez was well known in Wiener as an underground group with new resolution it was with this crew the artist “Oosie” was invited to Radio Orange Wiener Austria. Back then in Wiener life was coarse to the versatile “Oosie” for he had to live with the rules of street justice this brought trouble everyday to the young artist but this was no road to the dreams of the determined artist. After countless problems the artist “Oosie” gave up Wiener, gave up the hustling life style and street life to pursuit his goal by returning back to his uncle in Belgium and was later relocated to Meulebeke from Brussels after his declaration to stay in Belgium.
Career
editOosie music deals mainly with life, reality, pain and sometimes club songs his idols are #REDIRECT 2pac, #REDIRECT Fela kuti, #REDIRECT Nas, and #REDIRECT Jay-Z. He has two underground albums Da Sacrifice and Da transfiguration which are both successes in the underground music world. His song "Strictly 4 nigja" made more than 50,000views on youtube in less than 6months. Oosie is renown as an artist with outstanding concerts master of rap music, voice of the street and the “King Of Da West” his shared same stage with German rapper Bushido @ PPC Graz Austria, DJ Tomic @ Volksgarten, American rapper Cash Getters @ Nekkerhal Mechelen, Timaya Nigeria artist and many more. His had numerous articles with different National and International newspaper == De weekbode krant van west valaanderen, African news London, Het nieuwsblad, African news Italy" A guest at Radio Orange Wiener Austria, Ben TV London, ITV == and more.
