Hi,
There is nothing racist or conspirational, the image (on the right) is dark and the wall cloud is not visible unless you zoom enormously. This is the worst possible picture to illustrate an article! Furthermore, there is already three pictures where the wall cloud is perfectly visible in the article and the country of origin is not indicated on two of them. Each illustrate a precise point, which is not the case of your picture. Wikipedia is not a collection of images but an encyclopedia and as such must limits the use of images in articles to be concise.
Secondly, the comment on the other image saying that a shelf cloud is not a wall cloud is superfluous as this is mentionned in the text of the section, itself called "Wall cloud vs. shelf cloud". It is not very bright to insist on it.
