Hello, Mem0207, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Brianda and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. The improvements to the article are very important and contain in-depth research to bolster the shortcomings and advantages of the GEM. The edits are versatile and address many different areas of this measurement, as well as including and thoroughly explaining the literature behind the phenomenons discussed. The article could be improved with some image choices (described above) that would give some of the sections more life. The additions are quite thorough and add to the overall well-developed nature of the GEM article. Great job!
