Thanks for telling me about User talk:203.213.7.133 belonging to a shared IP. We take into account shared IPs for vandalism and generally we will reconsider blocking such editors; however, we do place warnings on talk pages and warn users to discourage vandals, knowing full well that the warnings will reach other unintended viewers. --Draicone (talk) 11:37, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
