Actually the page I "experimented" with was Mathewguiver, only one t... and sorry for the "test", it was an accident, I thought I was editing my user page. mathewguiver 17:05, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
You know, given that you participated in both the AFD and the deletion review endorsing the deltion that followed, you know that re-creating this article is a no-no. --Calton | Talk 07:59, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
The article does not look substantially different to me. You can seek another deletion review if you like, but please don't keep reposting the article or you may get blocked. NawlinWiki 14:24, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
I didn't protect it, another admin did. You can still go to Wikipedia:Deletion review; I would suggest posting your proposed content on a subpage of your userpage. NawlinWiki 14:49, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
I guess substantially different is in the eye of the beholder. However I was told by the deleting admin that I could recreate the article and I found more verifiable sources so I figured I could. I do not see why it warrents threatening to block me and being deleted and protected without any discussion. --mathewguiver 15:06, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

editI recreated this article because at the time of it's deletion, the delting admin (Herostratus) emailed me and said I could "recreate the article at any time, as long as it is 'substantially different from the previous article' according to Wikipedia policy.
- Uh huh. That's why two different admins have deleted it -- including one who explicitly states that it's NOT substantially different -- and a third protected the page. This should be a clue. --Calton | Talk 20:43, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
