- Hello Sadads! Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm still figuring out how to nagivate the space and how to communicate, but I'm excited to be here!MattW31174 (talk) 04:33, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
- You seem to be doing a great job! Keep up the great work! Finding studies and reports of updated data for Wikipedia articles is great! I created a list of similar small actions about Climate change topics: Wikipedia:WikiProject Climate change/Small to medium tasks -- you might find that a useful place to be inspired since a number of your recent edits have been about climate change. Thanks
editThanks for adding so many solid sources to the site in so few days! I particularly liked that Nature article about the oldest human inhabitants of Australia (which was news to me). If you keep adding sources of similar quality at a similar rate, I project Wikipedia's problems with unsourced pages will all be over by the end of the year! Joe (talk) 09:58, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you! That's really kind of you to say. Getting involved with Wikipedia edits has inspired me to learn more, so I'm looking forward to contributing what I can! MattW31174 (talk) 11:12, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
Citation Hunt
editI know that you are finding your own sources/topics to work from. But if you are ever looking for inspiration, we have this great tool for browsing "Citation Needed Statements" -- https://citationhunt.toolforge.org/en -- it allows you to browse statements that need citations, and search by WikiProject or category (see the search bar below the suggestions)! I find that it is super useful for when I having trouble identifying my own topics, Sadads (talk) 12:37, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
