I'm worried about the copyright status of your article Pilomyxoid astrocytoma which seems to be a copy of http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/articlerender.fcgi?artid=1480592. Wikipedia cannot accept copyright material without the appropriate legal release, which is more demanding than just "permission to reproduce" - see WP:Copyrights#Contributors' rights and obligations. That site looks as if it's the federal government, and their publications are usually public-domain; but at the head of the article on the pubmedcentral screen it says "Copyright Medscape from WebMD." I am not an expert in this area, so I have posted a request for advice at the copyright problems noticeboard Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2009 August 28 and someone will be in touch with you; if the material is copyright it will be deleted, unless you arrange the appropriate release. Meanwhile, the links in the Welcome paragraph above will tell you more about contributing; the guide to writing Your First Article is worth reading, too.
