Why did you revert my changes to Meg Cabot? There were many changes on that page that were excessive and unnecessary and I was trying to trim them down. Please point out the "vandalism" I created. There was no vandalism. Please read over an entire edit before deciding whether it is vandalism. It also says in Wikipedia's rules not to revert a person's edit and instead improve upon it. And next time sign your name. Maggieab10k 17:00, 26 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
In this edit I reverted as I noted you wikilinked "The Princess Diaries" over and over in a row. I had just seen this revert of a different edit of yours which removed templates without explanation on a page that was having some problems with vandalism. Sorry if I failed to assume good will; I will do so now as the problems seem to have been a bit of honest new user learning curve. I appologize for any offence, and if I can be of help please let me know. Cheers, -- Infrogmation 21:38, 30 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Size14.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Size14.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fair use rationale for Image:1800Missing5.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:1800Missing5.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. I have deleted this image as an obvious copyright violation. The same image is found here: http://www.pittsfordschools.org/schools.cfm. You are welcome to re-upload this image, if it is indeed your own, provided you upload a higher resolution image that clearly wasn't copied from the aforementioned website. Non-free rationale for File:QueenofBabble2.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:QueenofBabble2.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
