Proposed deletion of La Bonche edit

The article La Bonche has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I found an entry on Facebook, but little else for this supposed circus group.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dear Sirs, I believe that i am a first time contributor who is falling foul of the complexities of this media. i would like to reinstate the page but can't find the button or the content of the page to edit. if you can help that would be appreciated. then i can edit the page. I would like to impress that although La Bonche is not widely written this does not mean that it does not exist nor that it is insignificant. i agree that there is little about it in other media to date it can be found on Facebook as a page and also is referenced in posts on www.Circuscentral.co.uk/news/ date 27 feb 2013. And increasingly on Twitter. In addition to this on facebook the are at least 16 people who call themselves La Bonche publicly, but you can only find them without the space ie LaBonche. It's is because they are blending their given names As well as their stage names. There will soon be a La Bonche collection held indefinitely in the Tyne and Wear Archives and Discovery Museum. The time line is very shallow for corroborating articles about La Bonche but that does not mean that it doesn't exist as a significant sub group for the youth circus community in the NE and UK. It is particularly important for this to be recognised as a real contributor to the cultural life of the NE of England. See article on Durham Jugglers website mentioning Kernel La Bonche. It is the intention of the author to write articles about the Five Ring Circus and other youth circuses. If these subjects are not a valid subject for Wikipedia then that is a real shame in terms of reflecting the diversity of youth culture today and it's validity ... After all Mods and Rockers are valid - I commend this article to the community. -[[User:Madame La Bonche|Madame La Bonche Madame La Bonche (talk) 11:24, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I hope that this will reassure readers that Five Ring Circus is real. It's stage persona La Bonche is real and true and Circus Central as a training school is real. And that the proposed article is a fair representation of this community. Madame La Bonche (talk) 13:00, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at La Bonche. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 21:48, 6 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
