Minor edits & dream links

Adding links to the external links section is usually not a minor edit. Also I have removed the links since they not appear to actually give information about the topics of those articles. Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, ME2009. In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
