Suggestions: edit

  • This article's main issue is that it contains bias. Some of the sources cited in the article are from an organization's website which can't be reliable. An organization typically has a purpose or an agenda to do something, rather than simply providing information. I would suggest changing these sources and avoid using unreliable sources in the future. One of the sources that is biased that I am referring to is [16] retrieved from the ICC.
  • The article also contains bias because it is written with opinions rather than sustaining a neutral viewpoint throughout the entire article. This is the exact opposite of how a Wikipedia article should be written.
  • I did feel that the writer(s) did a good job of making sure the article was cohesive and organized into appropriate sections; however, I think that I personally would've just combined the two sections (Effectiveness and Advantages/Disadvantages) and made it more lengthy. Some of the information felt redundant so combining them into one body under the larger heading seems reasonable.
  • If these article is to be re-written, I would make sure to update the sources being used when discussing the latest strategies being used in digital marketing. Most were from 2016 so finding new information with more up-to-date (2017/2018) sources will make the article more credible and reliable.
