Warning?

What is the meaning of you putting a warning template on my talk page? How have I "experimented" with Wikipedia? All I see is that we had a disagreement as to facts, also, I had sources to back me up, you did not. Please explain your actions or consider yourself reported. Manxruler 00:08, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

You know, this (your "warning" at my talk page) actually constitutes User Page vandalism, if you have a problem with something I've written then discuss it with me. Don't accuse me falsely of vandalism. I don't vandalise, never, ever, ever. Manxruler 00:17, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure if you've received a formal welcome yet, and if not, I'm afraid this isn't it (alas, I don't know any of the proper templates for welcoming new contributors). I can, however, let you know that I hope your time on Wikipedia is enjoyable and informative for you, and I am among many, many editors who will happily support you in contributing constructively.

I see that you are quite new, but you have already learned where to find the warning templates. However, I must offer you a bit of friendly guidance in the use thereof; in particular, it is considered poor wikiquette to use warning templates, particularly (but not exclusively) vandalism templates, against established users. I am of course referring to Manxruler, who has brought up the same issue with you above. Please, in future, communicate your concerns about an established editor's contributions or behaviour with a personal note on their talkpage or the talkpage of the article in question, not with a standardised warning template. If you need more guidance on this issue, please feel free to contact me, or go to WP:HELP, WP:EA, or WP:ADOPT. If you have a serious problem with an editor who is resistant to talking out your concern, go to WP:HELP or WP:AN/I. Please try to be civil

Your comments towards editor Manxruler in the Afds for Skanke and Skanke Family Association appear quite hostile. Try to refrain from targeting other users' contributions as "bullshit" and "propaganda" as you've done here, as it seems quite harsh and unnecessary. -wizzard2k ^(C-T-D) 14:50, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
