April 2023 edit

  Hello, I'm Firestar464. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, 2023 Sudan clashes, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Firestar464 (talk) 16:45, 17 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Added back with a source now, thanks for letting me know Lucasoliveira653 (talk) 16:50, 17 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

"Belgorod People's Republic" edit

I traced this image back to last year with image reverse search. This image and meme is not related to this attack. It is completely unrelated and implies that this entity exists. https://twitter.com/Lev_Melnyk/status/1581336350066106369 Zerbrxsler (talk) 19:49, 22 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

June 2023 edit

  Hello, I'm Nythar. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Talk:Battle of Bakhmut that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Nythar (💬-🍀) 17:03, 15 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Note about Armenia–Azerbaijan articles edit

Hi, Lucasoliveira653. Thank you for your edits. However, please be aware of the community consensus regarding Armenia and Azerbaijan:

Politics, ethnic relations, and conflicts involving Armenia, Azerbaijan, or both—broadly construed and explicitly including the Armenian genocide—are placed under an extended confirmed restriction.

An extended confirmed restriction applies to all edits and pages related to the topic area, broadly construed. Most constructive talkpage participation is excepted, however participation in requested moves is not. For this reason, I have struck your comment at Talk:2023 Nagorno-Karabakh clashes § Requested move 19 September 2023 2. You may still participate on that page outside of the requested move.

More generally, please know:

You have recently edited a page related to Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Extended-confirmed required edit

It has come to my attention that you have recently started to edit in articles related to Armenia and Azerbaijan, this editing area is under a community imposed extended-confirmed restriction. Your number of edits is below the threshold for editing in the area, thus you cannot currently edit in articles and content related to Armenia or Azerbaijan, please refrain from doing so, any edits you have done since this restriction was implemented should be reverted, I will take the liberty of reverting wherever it's appropriate. Nemoralis (talk) 18:43, 27 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Oh ok, you know if theres a way of getting extended confirmed faster? Lucasoliveira653 (talk) 19:12, 27 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Read WP:XC. There is no "faster" way to get it Nemoralis (talk) 19:15, 27 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

October 2023 edit

  Hello, I'm WikiHannibal. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. November 2023 edit

  Please do not add or change content, as you did at Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. I see you added similar content as user:Lucasmota0975, which you say is your "alt account", diff, so I give the repeated warning here. Also please check WP:SOCK to be sure you handle your "alternative" accounts correctly. WikiHannibal (talk) 12:16, 2 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
