== November 2014 == would help to have access to original edit in regard to parsi as for comment on bangladeshi language came from a bangldeshi person not sure how much more reliable you can get   Hello, I'm Theroadislong. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Parsi, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please do not add or change content, as you did to Languages of Bangladesh, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 17:18, 17 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Cannot seem to figure out how to request dispute resolution despite having read instructions. Much of my knowledge comes from an oral tradition handed down to me in addition to 30 years of research and first hand experience or individuals who are in a position to know particularly their own language so edits may not appear in a book or document that can be cited unless there is incontrovertible information to the contrary please do not remove edits or edit information to conform to whatever personal views a moderator happens to hold such actions discourage others from contributing and discredits the effort as a whole as being biased and illinformed Lisam7 (talk) 18:09, 3 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

You say
"Much of my knowledge comes from an oral tradition handed down to me in addition to 30 years of research and first hand experience or individuals who are in a position to know particularly their own language so edits may not appear in a book or document that can be cited"
Such knowledge does not belong on Wikipedia. This is an encyclopedia, and we don't allow knowledge from oral tradition. See WP:OR for details
You also say
"unless there is incontrovertible information to the contrary please do not remove edits"
Request denied. Encyclopedias only allow information found in reliable sources. See WP:V for details.
Feel free to ask me anything if any of this is not clear to you. --Guy Macon (talk) 21:03, 3 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
