Dilma Roussef and what's vandalism

Per WP:VANDAL content disputes are never vandalism, don't refer to content disagreements as if it were vandalism as you do here [2]. Content disputes are handled by discussion on the talkpage, not by accusing others of vandalism.·Maunus·ƛ· 13:50, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

When consensus has been reached by a group of editors (see talk here) and a single user continues to unilaterally and systematically remove sourced content from an article that can be considered vandalism. A quick look at B. Fairbairn talk page (which he constantly erases) reveals that this user has been blocked several times due to his disruptive edits on several articles. En caso de que no lo creas, entonces podrías cerciorarte vos mismo buscado alguna ley, declaración, decreto o la norma que sea que en 1986 haya creado la zona de interés, no la encontrarás, ni en 1986, ni en ningún otro año, la Brazilian Antarctica jamás ha existido. Form of address of the President of Brazil

Dear Limongi, I'm writting to you with regard to the following message you left in my user talk page: Hello. In regards to the recent edits you've made to the President of Brazil article, the correct form of address is "Madam President" and not "Lady President". Although the word "lady" is a correct translation to the portuguese "senhora", "madam" is more appropriate and grammatically correct for this style of office. Therefore, the translation to the portuguese phrase "Excelentíssima Senhora Presidente(a) da República" would be "Most Excellent Madam President of the Republic". Limongi (talk) 21:11, 8 October 2011 (UTC) I respectfully disagree with your statement above, for the following reason. Firstly, let me say that we agree that "Madam President" is indeed the most appropriate translation for "Senhora Presidente" (and not "Lady President"), just like Mister President is the correct translation of "Senhor Presidente" (and "Lord President" would be wrong). However, in English the words Madam or Mister are not correctly preceded by other words, such as "Most Excellent"; this is a matter of usages of style of the English language. So, while we say "Madam President", the correct is to say "Most Excellent Lady President" and not "Most Excellent Madam President", because the form "Most Excellent Lady/Lord" exists, while the form "Most Excellent Madam/Mister" is incorrect. --189.122.103.24 (talk) 00:08, 9 October 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for your response. While I understand your reasoning, I still don't believe that "Most Excellent Lady President" is the most appropriate form of address. In my opinion, it should be either "Her Excellency the President of the Republic" or "Most Excellent Madam President of the Republic".
