Rarely indeed. This account was blocked two and a half years ago. The reason appears to be that you were operating multiple accounts to edit repeatedly at Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, see this edit made by this account: [1] and this edit made by Takoma808 (talk · contribs): [2]. The sockpuppetry case file from June 2008 is here: Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/74.41.82.26, and it also lists half a dozen IP addresses used for the same sorts of edits.
