Dear Wiki editors,

I did not violate any copright laws when I wrote the wikipedia article for Mon Ilagan, my boss. I handle the Facebook and Wikipedia accounts for Mon Ilagan and I am the author of the Facebook profile and the Wikipedia article. The "profile" we wrote for him in Facebook has been deleted and has been transferred over to Wikipedia because we believe that wikipedia has a wider and bigger audience compared to Facebook.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Lester Cavestany Senior Administrative Assistant IV, Muncipality of Cainta Office of Mayor Ramon A. Ilagan

Your submission at Articles for creation

edit

Hi, Lestercavestany!

You recently made a submission to Articles for Creation — the page is Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Mon Ilagan — and it will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.

However... it doesn't seem to have correctly formatted references.

All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked.

If you put a reference like this;

Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref>

He likes tea. <ref> [http://www.nicecupofteaandasitdown.com Tea website] </ref>

...then the reference will automatically be displayed as a small number[1], and the number will link to the details, wherever there is a {{reflist}} — there should be one of those in a section titled == References ==.

You can see that example in action on this page: user:chzz/demo/simpleref.

For more help, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners.

It is a very important policy of Wikipedia that all information is verifiable — i.e., that all material added to articles must be attributable to a source with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy.

Your submission will be reviewed as soon as possible, and we'll try to help with it, but it would help us a lot if you could add inline references.

If you need any other kind of help, just put {{helpme}} at the end of this page, followed by a question. Best,  Chzz  ►  00:27, 6 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your inputs. I have added in-line references to the article. Sincerely, Lestercavestany (talk) 07:19, 23 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

File source problem with File:Mon Ilagan.jpg

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Mon Ilagan.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 02:48, 1 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
