Translation request

edit

Hi. I wrote the article Regent Parrot mostly by translating the Dutch article at nl:Bergparkiet. There were some words etc. where my Dutch let me down, and those remain commented out. I'd appreciate it if you could edit the article and finish the translation. Thanks for your time and attention. Cheers, Tomertalk 10:00, 23 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

If you looked in on the article, thanks for your time...my questions have been answered. :-) Tomertalk 20:54, 23 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello,

I like to study WW1...I thought your comments on Leuven homes being burned down was interesting. I know some Belgians from the Flemish area...and they deny that any of the German atrocities ever happened. They say it is not in the Belgian history textbooks...is that true? I believe the atrocities did happen. I believe the Bryce Commission was essentially correct in its findings. If these terrible things did happen, but people in Belgium deny that they happened, then I feel bad for the Belgian people who died in 1914 and are not only forgotten but also denied.76.94.18.217 (talk) 03:28, 2 June 2009 (UTC)edwardlovette76.94.18.217 (talk) 03:28, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

"Look for Flanders"

Your response to the Wikifriend that was having trouble finding the LOW COUNTRIES on a real map was awesome. It was very good advice.--Buster7 (talk) 05:17, 7 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Where are the Lines

edit

I really appreciate the dialect map that Grunt_1 created. It is very helpful to me in keeping the locations straight in other talk situations. I have 2 questions...1)Shouldn't we change the typo re: West Flamish should be West Flemish?...2)Do you know of another map, somewhere, that I could use as a kind of over-lay to co-ordinate the "imaginary lines of governance", so to speak. (Just for my own use at the moment but with a possible article in sight.) Thanks...--Buster7 (talk) 12:02, 25 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits to North-South connection

edit

Hi there,

Just a quick note to let you know that I have challenged your recent changes to North-South connection by asking for sources. I think the whole article is missing sources in a lot of places, so I have added a few requests for sources. If you have the sources and need help adding them, please let me know.
