Thanks for your note. I have examined the article in question and retrieved its entire contents, which were: "Late elder brother of late Hayat Mohammad Khan Sherpao and Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao and father of Dr.Mohammad Zubair Khan." According to our notability policy, people don't gain notability from being related to other people; they gain notability from their own actions. Unless you can provide much, much more evidence that this individual is indeed notable -- such as articles in newspapers and magazines that specifically assert his notability, not merely that of his relatives, and discuss the specific reasons for that notability -- I must regretfully decline to recreate the page in question. You may be under the impression that I have somehow misinterpreted the situation -- I'll suggest that if you recreate the article with only the content above, it will be deleted within minutes by another administrator who will give you exactly the same reasons. I don't intend any disrespect to the individual in question; doubtless his family circumstances make him of interest to you, but I can only say that that doesn't add up to an English-language Wikipedia article (possibly this would pass muster in the Wikipedia for that individual's native language). If you have any further questions about Wikipedia policy, feel free to contact me further. You might also find WP:Why was my article deleted? to be useful reading in the context. Proposed deletion of Mohammed Abdur Razzack

edit

The article Mohammed Abdur Razzack has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article of question notability. No proper sources in article. No lead.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
