Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Qigang Chen, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 08:23, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Qigang Chen, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Please do not use wp:allcaps or "SHOUTING" such as FEU D’OMBRES it is not considered encyclopedic. Use Feu D'Ombres instead (or other appropriate capitalization). For song titles use two apostrophes "" or tick marks: ''Feu D'Ombres'' (leave off the nowiki stuff) - which becomes: Feu D'Ombres. Jim1138 (talk) 09:07, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

References

edit

Adding references is how we ensure that content is valid. Without references, a reader can not easily validate information and there is no presumption of accuracy. See Help:Referencing for beginners and Help:footnotes. This is covered by the Wikipedia policy of wp:verifiability (WP:V). Please wp:cite your edits with wp:reliable sources (RS). Per WP:V unsourced content can be removed. Jim1138 (talk) 09:07, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do update it. Please be careful about wp:conflict of interest as your primary purpose is to Qigang Chen and not Wikipedia. I would suggest you look at a similar artist's Wikipedia article and use its format. Please see wp:Manual of style, more pertinent is wp:Manual of Style/Biographies (A big set of documents). Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 09:11, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Qigang Chen no longer has references

edit

You removed all references from the article. That is very bad. wp:biographies of living persons need to be very well referenced. Jim1138 (talk) 09:15, 7 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
