Welcome to Wikipedia!

Season's Greetings Kurubagowda, welcome to Wikipedia!

I noticed nobody had said hi yet... Hi!

If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.

If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing, -- Alf melmac 15:57, 31 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Spam in Uppaara

edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Uppaara, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Uppaara is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Uppaara, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 02:46, 30 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Siddarama(Siddheshwar,Siddharama,Siddharameshwar) listed at Redirects for discussion

edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Siddarama(Siddheshwar,Siddharama,Siddharameshwar). Since you had some involvement with the Siddarama(Siddheshwar,Siddharama,Siddharameshwar) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Gowda, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Golla. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:29, 13 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm PageImp. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gowda, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
