Refugio oil spill

Hello Ksm448: I used your reference for "1969 Santa Barbara oil spill" to make an edit to "Refugio oil spill". I saw the editor's note to you explaining that it was deleted but the editor correctly perceived it was intended for Refugio oil spill article. I took the liberty of adding it.
