I would like to do more work abour jewish rabbies. please write here which articles need more info.

I just want to point out that the plural of "rabbi" is "rabbis", not "rabbies". I've corrected the Israeli military chief rabbis template to reflect this. Tomertalk 18:27, 1 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Rabbi Walkin edit

Shalom. In order to prevent anybody from deleting the new article, please try to establish Rabbi Walkin's "notability". Please review Wikipedia's guideline concerning notability. To summarize, in order to be notable, a person must be the subject of published secondary source material which is reliable, intellectually independent, and independent of the subject.

In other words, it's important to find newspaper and magazine articles or websites that discuss Rabbi Walkin and his achievements, and they can't be sources that were published by organizations affiliated with him. English sources are preferable, but Hebrew will do.

The best thing is to include the information in the article, and use the articles as sources (footnotes). — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 03:52, 24 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
There's no need to take pictures. You can just mention the author's name, the title of the article, the newspaper or magazine, and the date. If it's on the web, include a link. That's all. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 03:54, 24 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
English is preferred, but Hebrew is fine. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 03:55, 24 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
I may not be around to check it (I'll be traveling soon), but I'm sure it will be fine. I was just reading the article. The fact that R. Walkin was on the front page of the newspaper at 8 years old may be enough to establish his notability. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 03:59, 24 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
That looks good. Thanks. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 04:24, 24 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Chaim Walkin edit

Hi. The article doesn't need to be rated.

I can't guarantee that the article won't be deleted, but it looks solid and I don't think anybody will try to delete it. Shabbat shalom. — Malik Shabazz (talk · contribs) 05:09, 5 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem that Chaim Walkin meets these criteria, an editor has started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.

Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chaim Walkin. Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.

Discussions such as these usually last seven days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, a neutral third party will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. Cunard (talk) 00:00, 10 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Chaim Walkin again edit

Hello, I've re-reviewed the article, and its still mainly unreferenced inline. Most sentences don't have cites attached to them. There are several sections without any cites in them at all.

I've added some tags inline to make it easier for you to see where cites are specifically needed. Newman Luke (talk) 23:11, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
