Speedy deletion of Netclean edit

A tag has been placed on Netclean, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD g11.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Spryde 14:40, 10 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

NetClean edit

Follow this page and specifically the note about "Primary Criterion" and NetClean should remain. Make sure you avoid cutting and pasting from any NetClean site, minimize links to NetClean themselves and make sure you note competitors, strengths and weaknesses, etc. If you can't do all this, then a NetClean article may not be right for Wikipedia for now until it can meet those criteria. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spryde (talkcontribs)

(copied from my talk page) First of all, Klasse76, do not remove non-vandalism comments from another user's talk page. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't give you the priviledge of doing that. Second, if you're so concerned, you can become active on Wikipedia. I don't generally respond to folks who leave their email addresses like you did. Now to the matter: we are an encyclopedia. Period. If the software you're talking about is really of the quality and has the notability to be included in an encyclopedia, then write a genuinely encyclopedic article about it. Except for those fruity things out there, Windows is on just about every computer made, is the software you're talking about that widely used? If not, then don't bring up MS Windows as a comparison. This has nothing to do with the "good" that the software does, it is solely a factor of whether the subject is encyclopedic and whether there are sufficient reliable sources that demonstrate that fact. Oh, and by the way, what connection do you have with the software? AKRadeckiSpeaketh 13:07, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the info. Deleted it since I didn't think it was relevant anymore, sorry. Can I/you resey it in anyway you may do so if you want. My company has installed the software on our computers which I'm very glad to say. I'm going to work on the page and see if I can set it up more neutral according to the guidelines that you provided. Thank you. --Klasse76 13:53, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
If would strongly suggest that you do that in a sandbox, instead of the article space. To set up a sandbox, you would type the text User:Klasse76/Sandbox into the search box to the left, and then when it comes up page not found, click on the redlink at the top of the page and start writing. After you get the article to where it needs to be, contact me or another admin, or go through the deletion review process. AKRadeckiSpeaketh 15:45, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
