- I have reviewed and edited the article, and the 'orphan' issue is of low concern; much more important is the referencing.
- First - please note - if you have a close connection with the subject of the article, then you should be very careful; if that is the case, it would be best if you did not actually edit the page, but instead made suggestions on the talk page of the article, Talk:Bupenda Meitei. Please read WP:BESTCOI and WP:AUTO.
- Reliable sources are publications such as newspapers, books, or news-websites - with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy, and editorial control. Blogs, and self-published sources, are not appropriate.

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bupenda Meitei, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Off2riorob (talk) 13:47, 15 March 2011 (UTC)

Self-published sources edit
When it says [non-primary source needed], and It may contain improper references to self-published sources, that does not mean we think the article was written by the subject; it means, we think the reference used was written by the subject.
Not "self composed", but it may contain improper references to self-published sources.
Please see WP:SPS and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#Avoid self-published sources.
