okay. although, here's an idea: when you decide to be "the police" and send "warnings" to people who volunteer their time for a good cause, and then you find you were wrong, the words 'sorry' or 'apologize' sounds much better that 'disregard'

When I edited it, the record was mentioned in a lot of news sources, including FoxNews & CNN of USA, so I kinda assumed common knowledge. I did see it at FoxNews website, as a caption to a photograph. Cant't find that now. All of the other sources I found are FROM India, and they seem to be repeating the same soundbite.
