Paid social media managers do not belong on Wikipedia
editI appreciate Katya's candidness introducing herself as a hired propagandist for Novartis, but now that the news is out there, it cannot stand. Her mere presence on this site defeats the purpose of neutrality, the same "neutrality" that she arbours in Joseph Jimenez 's article.
